Slow down and reconnect with the land in this unique, immersive workshop led by artist William Boch. The experience begins with a gentle foraging walk to gather wild grasses – an invitation to observe, reflect, and share stories along the way. Back at the Forge, the conversation continues over a warm cup of tea. Participants will then be guided through the communal craft of green rope making as a creative ritual. This is an exploration of making as a means of connection. We will begin the process of making a new rope while sharing knowledge, reviving old stories and creating together – and who knows – a song or two may find its way into the mix.
